Competitive base compensation starts at $50,000+* for first-time gestational carriers. 

Beyond base compensation, our GC compensation package includes    allowances and fees for:   

-Monthly allowance

-Medication start

-Embryo transfer

-Positive beta fee

-Maternity clothing

-Housekeeping

-Post partum recovery 

-Travel per diem

*Base compensation for an experienced Gestational Carrier starts at $65,000+

At Intermountain Surrogacy Collective, we want our surrogates to feel empowered! It is important to us that all Gestational Carriers with ISC have final approval over their compensation package. The final GC compensation package will be agreed upon prior to the GC profile being placed into an active status. Individual GC compensation packages will be attached to each GC profile for IP review.
