Intermountain Surrogacy Collective was founded by former Gestational Carriers who are passionate about helping others build their families. You can be assured we understand the process and the emotions involved. Prior to founding our agency, we gained experience and extensive industry knowledge working in the field of third party reproduction law, trust account management, and surrogacy agency operations.
We have been through every step you are about to take and pride ourselves in being beside you for support and assistance. We work directly with you, the surrogate, to collect your medical records, prepare you for matching, and facilitate your medical and mental health screenings.

We want to support you throughout your entire journey. Surrogates have busy, fulfilling lives prior to joining us. We want to ensure that the time you spend committed to being a surrogate at ISC is respected, valuable and rewarding.

Agency Packages & Fees
Agency Fee $21,500* - $26,500*
Agency fee is split into three installments:
-Installment #1 ($11,500-$13,500) due within three days of matching with your Gestational Carrier
-Installment #2 ($5000-$6500) due within three days of GC receiving medical clearance
-Installment #3 ($5000-$6500) due within three days of receiving legal clearance
*Pre-screening fees ranging from approximately $500-$2500 will apply in addition to the agency fee, and will be due upon match. Fees may include, but are not limited to costs related to, psychological evaluation, professional medical record review, health insurance policy review and/or health insurance policy placement, ACA health insurance premium payment reimbursement, etc. Actual pre-screening amounts are disclosed on each GC profile, and will vary for each GC.
Match & GC Coordination Only option is available to experienced* IP's at the agency's discretion.
*Experienced IP's must have completed at least one previous successful surrogacy in order to be considered for this program.
